Today is the first day of Mortgage Ins and Outs. I wanted to create this blog to provide a resource the can be used by consumers to find out about the entire process of either purchasing or refinancing any type of residential mortgage. My goal is to post informational pieces about different loan products as well as loan scenarios. I always learn more from hearing or seeing different experiences that I might be able to apply to my own situation.
I hope that my blog will educate a lot of people and debunk some of the myths that consumers have about the whole process of refinancing or purchasing a residential property.
